What we do
Craft training, not theory lectures
Haltron began as informal sessions between a handful of reporters comparing notes on difficult interviews. It has grown into a small practice that runs structured, hands-on sessions on the parts of journalism that rarely get taught directly: how to ask a question that actually gets answered, how to move from a recording to an accurate quotation, and how to hold a long-running set of interviews together without losing the thread.
