This website and the sessions described on it are provided for reporters, editors, and others working in journalism seeking training in interview, transcript, and oral history practice. Haltron does not guarantee any particular outcome from a session and is not liable for editorial decisions, published content, or professional consequences arising from your independent use of what you learn. To the extent permitted by Kenyan law, our liability for any claim arising from use of this site or our services is limited to the fees paid for the relevant session.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya, including the Magistrates' Courts and the High Court of Kenya as appropriate to the matter.
